THE National Trust in Formby are looking for a new:- 'Welcome and Service Team Member' to join the team.  the post is for a fix term, running until:- 3 October 2026. the National Trust have said that:- "We're looking for a Welcome and Service Team Member at Formby! As the public face of our properties, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit."

The National Trust wants someone who is customer focused with an understanding of the importance of great service. This is an ideal job for anyone who is a team player, who can also use their own initiative. We are also told that those aplyingmust be well organised and adaptable, willing to learn new skills, and must have a positive attitude.

should you be accepted, you will work according to a 2 week rota. In Week 1, you will work 3 days, and in Week 2, you will work 4 days. Shifts are from:- 9 am to 5 pm (including a lunch break). Weekend and Bank Holiday working is required. 

The hours advertised for this role is reflective of 12 months, however the actual hours you'll be required to work for this role are 345 hours across the term of your contract. The amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments each month.
